Doctor J's Fees

• Exam (required for new patients and periodically for existing ones): $90

• Standard visit: $60

• Surcharge for visits on holidays or after 5 PM: $50

• Missing appointments or canceling with less than 24 hours notice: $50

Ellen's Rates

• Thirty minutes: $70

• Forty-five minutes: $95

• Sixty minutes: $115

• Seventy-five minutes: $140

• Ninety minutes: $160

• Missing appointments or canceling with less than 24 hours notice: half the cost of the scheduled appointment

Until further notice, cancellation fees will be waived if you have symptoms of a cold or flu.
