Ellen's Fees

• Thirty minutes: $70

• Forty-five minutes: $95

• Sixty minutes: $115

• Seventy-five minutes: $140

• Ninety minutes: $160

• Missing appointments or canceling with less than 24 hours of notice: half the cost of the scheduled appointment

 

​Ellen's practice is cash only.

Until further notice, Ellen's cancellation fees will be waived if you have symptoms of a cold or flu.

Doctor J's Fees

Doctor J is in network with Aetna PPO and will soon be with BCBS PPO and Medicare. If you are with another plan, he can provide you with everything you need to submit your out-of-network claims to your insurance company.

​Here are the standard fees for Doctor J's chiropractic services. (If they seem oddly categorized, blame the insurance industry.) Patients who pay in full at the time of service may receive a prompt-pay discount, shown in parentheses, reflecting the reduced administrative costs associated with cash payment.

 

Exams

• New-Patient Exams

  • Level 2: 15-29 minutes total time spent on visit--$120 ($80)

  • Level 3: 30-45 minutes total time spent on visit--$160 ($125)

  • Level 4: 46 or more minutes total time spent on visit--$200 ($187)

• Re-Exams for Established Patients

  • Level 2: 10-19 minutes total time spent on visit--$100 ($62)

  • Level 3: 20-29 minutes total time spent on visit--$140 ($100)

  • Level 4: 30 or more minutes total time spent on visit--$180 ($142)

 

Non-Exam Services

• Therapeutic exercises (i.e. physical therapy), per 15 minutes--$40 ($30)

• Chiropractic adjustments, 1-2 spinal regions (e.g. neck and lower back)--$45 ($28)

• Chiropractic adjustments, 3-4 spinal regions--$70 ($40)

• Chiropractic adjustments, 5 spinal regions--$90 ($51)

• Chiropractic adjustments, extremities, 1 or more regions--$50 ($27)

 

Miscellaneous Fees (not covered by insurance, not discounted)

• For canceling or rescheduling with fewer than 24 hours of notice--$50

• For not showing up for a scheduled appointment--$75
