When cancelling your appointment, please provide the standard 24-hour notice. Giving us a heads-up could help someone else get in right away. Our cancellation fees, which are not covered by insurance, are as follows:

• With Ellen, if you no-show or if you cancel with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full fee for your massage-therapy appointment.

• With Doctor J, you will be charged $50 for cancelling or rescheduling your chiropractic appointment with less than a 24-hour notice. If you miss your appointment with no notice at all, you will be charged $75 instead.
